 Our prices vary from £46 -£77 per room per night depending on type of room & time of year. Double or Twin rooms let for single occupancy attract a surcharge.
All rates include parking and a wide choice of breakfasts. There are also facilities online & the option to book Room only. 

Check-in time is between 4:00pm and 8:30pm. Should you need to check in outside of these times please let us know in advance and we will gladly assist.
Checking-out time from the rooms is 10:00am so we can service the rooms for our next guests. We provide complimentary on-site parking to guests, subject to availability.  Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the car owners’ risk.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations are held against credit card or debit card details (Card holder’s name, card number, expiry date, 3 digit security code & issue number if applicable). These details are used to validate the card but no charge is made until check-out time. A contact telephone number, estimated check-in time, and parking requirements are also requested.
There is no charge for cancellations if 48 hours’ notice or more is given. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given then the full charge for the booking will be made. Should we re-let any of the rooms concerned during this 48-hour period then the full charge cancellation fee will be reduced on a pro-rata basis. Guests who give no cancellation notification and then do not stay (‘No-shows’) will be charged in full. On-line bookings are accepted which caters for Card details to secure booking and are done through the secure network.

Smoking Policy
Ulceby Lodge is a strictly non-smoking establishment anywhere in the building which includes E-cigarettes.  Should you smoke or vape in your room, our fire system will activate and we will also have to charge a fee of £100.00 for having to undertake a deep clean of your room.

Please note that unfortunately we do not accommodate children under 12 years old. No pets are allowed. We reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any stay should the conduct of any person who is party to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being of other guests.
